нет звонка на трубку siemens c610

Доброго времени суток.

В связи с тем, что подохли трубки Avaya шили поставить трубки сименнс с 610, но возник глюк в том, что при звонке на трубку она не звонит, только на экране трубки видно что идет входящий звонок.

подскажите куда копать?
