SMB24 переименование кнопок

Добрый день,
Подключен телефон 9640 с модулем расширения SMB24. Есть необходимость поменять наименование кнопок на модуле, но по инструкции не выходит.

1. Press “Avaya menu” button on your phone [ A ]
2. Press “right navigation button” [ > ], and then “bottom navigation” [ V ] to choose “Application Settings” menu.
3. Press [ Select ]
4. Press “bottom navigation” [ V ] to choose “Personalize Labels…” option.
5. Press [Change]
6. Use “right navigation button” [ > ] to scroll phone buttons labels, after them should be module buttons labels
7. Choose necessary and press [Edit].

На шестом пункте кнопок модуля не видно, отображаются только кнопки телефона.

Встречалась ли кому-то такая проблемма и как с ней бороться?
