И вот звонки не переходят на охрану, все время идут на основную группу.
грешила на время, проверила в мониторе, верное указывает.

Лучше сделать наоборот создать таймпрофиль нерабочего времени с парамертами например 00:00 до 09:00 и с 17:00 до 23:59. и в таблице маршрутизации на первой строке указываешь куда необходимо отправлять звонки в рабочее время, а во второй строке указываешь тайпрофиль нерабочего времени с маршрутом (охраны).
Будет проще так как праздники попадают на рабочие дни, и тем самым ты в этот тайм профиль записываешь дату например 8 марта (которая падает на вторник) и она автоматически сама включится как нерабочий день и сама выключится, тем самым не надо делать дополнительных телодвижений по возврату настроек таймпрофиля после праздника.
