Calling to an mobile number (No ring back tone)

День добрый,

Люди добрые подскажите плиз вот такую вещь.

Avaya (CM5.2.1) and CUCM м\у ними транк H.323 все мы находимся в одной сети т.е одна компания.

Есть SIP trunk для international calls оно находится на CUCM в сторону провайдера.

А теперь когда Avaya user (ext 2277) звонить на an mobile number (Italia) нету посылки вызова (no ring back tone один гудок и тишина а через секунд скажем 15 на экране видим answered но нету голоса). Только мобильный а не такие стационарные в Италии все нормально все прекрасно работает.

А когда CISCO user (ext 5158) звонить на an mobile number (Italia) все прекрасно работает.

Важное примичаение: только проблема mobile number (Italia) а все другие страны например UK, GER, Rus все нормально.
