Помогите с русификацией Avaya Onex 9670G

делаю файл локализации через CustomerTool_s30_v41
через 46хххsettings.txt

SET LANGSYS "mlf_s31_v49_russian.txt"
SET LANG1FILE "mlf_s31_v49_russian.txt"

в разделе ###### 9670 H.323 Phone Multi-Language Administration #######

но, не русифицируется он и все тут .

все, решился вопрос. надо было обновить файлик 96ххупграйде до след содержимого

вопрос, как сделать чтобы еще и с клавиатуры можно было вводить тоже на русском???
